Operating Adjustments
- Punch Die Installation:
For round punches: Insert the lower punch, tighten the screw, then insert the upper punch and secure it. Finally, adjust the middle die plate.
For flat punches: Insert the upper punch, adjust for tablet thickness, and secure. - Feeding Rate Adjustment: Turn the feeding adjustment wheel to control material flow.
- Tablet Rigidity Adjustment: Adjust the upper punch core to control tablet hardness.
Maintenance
• Rotate the wheel manually to check rotation flexibility.
• Regularly lubricate parts and refill oil as needed.
• After production, clean residual powder and apply anti-corrosive grease during long downtimes.
• Die maintenance: Clean and store in a protective box to prevent rust and damage.
